On 24 August 2023, the Federal Court made orders approving the $41.45M settlement in the TFS/IVS Class Action.

On 15 December 2023, the Court made orders approving the settlement scheme and appointing AJB Stevens Lawyers as the scheme Administrators. We are pleased to have been appointed and we look forward to being able to finalise the claims for all participating group members.

Registrations are closed and we are now assessing the claims of each individual group member in accordance with the Settlement Scheme.
